My Dad Needs Surgery

My Dad is in desperate need of parathyroid surgery. He was removed from his health insurance for reasons unknown, but we do not have the time to wait for them to approve him. His kidneys are being destroyed and this surgery is the only thing that will fix it. 

My dad has worked hard every day of his life, and his only concern was to take care of his family any way he could. Now it's time for me to take of him!
