Hello everyone,
I hope this message finds you well. I want to share some information about an incredible friend, Keelan Zenion, who has been through a life-changing event. Keelan was recently in a major car accident, which left him in critical condition, and daunting spinal cord injuries. He is currently still in the ICU recovering and working hard, every single day, to eventually become stronger, and come back home to his friends and family.
We are coming together to support him in making his life a little easier during this challenging time. Keelan is a 27-year-old, vibrant, and inspiring individual who has always embraced life with unwavering optimism. His presence can uplift the mood of any room, and make any person feel like they're truly seen. He has been an active member of our community, always known for his kindness. He has touched the lives of many through his time in the US Navy, but also in his time out of service.
We are determined to make Keelan’s life more accessible and comfortable when he does return home. To achieve this, we are embarking on a project to renovate his home, making it wheelchair-accessible. The majority of the project will be towards extensive renovations to his walkout basement, creating an independent apartment. The addition of a personal bathroom and bedroom, also involves a new heating and plumbing system to be added, which will be the bulk of the expenses. Our target is to raise $150,000 to make these vital changes.
Your support means the world to Keelan and his family. There are several ways you can contribute:
Donate: Every contribution, no matter how small, brings us one step closer to our goal. Click the "Donate" button to contribute.
Share: If you can't donate, please share this campaign with your friends, family, and social networks. Spreading the word is equally important.
By making Keelan's home wheelchair accessible, we are not only easing the transition but improving his quality of life and empowering him to regain independence. It will make daily tasks more manageable and create a safer environment for Keelan. Thank you for taking the time to read Keelan's story. We believe in the power of community and hope that together, we can make a real and lasting difference in his life. Your support, whether through donations or by sharing this campaign, is deeply appreciated. Any amount of kindness and generosity will be an enduring testament to the compassion and strength of our community. Let's come together and show Keelan that he is not alone in this journey.
Thank you for being a part of this journey with us.
