To our friends and family who may not know, our dad, Doug Davis, was diagnosed with terminal cancer in June 2021. Since the diagnosis, Dad has fought his way through chemotherapy which has gifted us with more time to spend as a family. Despite his fight, he has started hospice care.
As the primary caregiver, Mom has been on family leave from work. Continuing to stay at home with Dad means income has not been generated and the medical expenses are still adding up. We feel that Mom should be focused on grieving and healing without having to worry about finances, so we are trying to raise funds to help alleviate some of the stress. As their children we want to help out as much as we can and we know other family and friends would love to help as well. Whether it’s monetary, dropping off a meal, sending a quick text to check in or simply keeping us in your prayers, we welcome anything to make this journey easier for our family.
