Hello, my name is Nate Smith and I have been diagnosed with prostate cancer. My family has been hit hard with this, and now...it's my turn. I have an excellent prognosis and will begin treatment very soon. I am raising money to help pay for radiation tratment and whatever else my doctors decide I need to do. Health insurance will cover about 80% of the cost of my treatment and follow up care. The remaining 20% brings me here....and with all the diagnostic tests like biopsies, bone scans and doctors visits so far, it's mounting fast. Whatever you can do to help, I appreciate it in advance.
