Hello, my name is Nate Smith and I have been diagnosed with prostate cancer. My family has been hit hard with this, and now...it's my turn. I have an excellent prognosis and will begin treatment very soon. I am raising money to help pay for radiation tratment and whatever else my doctors decide I need to do. Health insurance will cover about 80% of the cost of my treatment and follow up care.
