2. Where you're from?
I was born in Afghanistan and grew up in Vancouver BC Canada. Currently I reside in BAY AREA California.

3. Your relationship to the parties you're raising funds for

Murtaza Qasimy is a little boy in the extended Family of one of our team member. We were reached out to by Murtaza's  made aware of Cancer which is sarcoma . I work with a team of other individuals like myself who are also part of the GOFUND page : Baby Maryam with Thalassemia . We work together by raising awareness ....we use strictly social Media. All of our facebook pages are public and are easily accessible by the GO FUND visitors. They can search me, which they have . With 1.2 million shares ...we have gained peoples trust and they are in support of our cause to help Murtaza. With so much social media attention....we have received the help of Nadir Naim and his team along with Ashraf Haidary. Nadir Naim is a well regarded honorable man, very famous for for his political campaign whom was in the running for next president of Afghanistan. His team took care of Murtaza, sent him off to New Delhi India. Currently Murtaza is being treated at Apollo Hospital . 
4. How the funds will be spent (be specific as possible): 

Currently we have been notified that We need to transfer about $5000  to Billing Coordinator Pooja Sharma at Apollo Hospital. The Treatment is on going. 

As I said before Murtaza has cancer that is know as Sarcoma . Since, this is an aggressive Cancer, an aggressive approach is to amputate his leg. This makes us all nervous along with Murtaza Gak himself. This will be an on going process; Murtaza has a very dangerous and rare cancer . Therefore, it is important to understand that this will not be resolved in one single doctor's visit or surgery. The inevitable may have to be done, which is to amputate his leg. Furthermore, almost all patients require multidrug chemotherapy as well as local disease control with surgery and/or radiation. An aggressive approach is required because almost all patients with apparently "localized" disease at the time of diagnosis actually have asymptomatic metastatic disease. That being said ; we need a definite Pet Scan or CAT SCAN to show us the extent of metastatic disease in other vital organs . To conclude this update rest assured that we will release the Funds to the Hospital that will take care of Murtaza's various medical procedures. A valid proof of receipt and invoice along with a video will be posted on my Go FUND when the money gets transferred to the respected Facility (which Apollo Hospital delhi) .

Murtaza's Story: 


This is 10years old Mortaza) with major Cancer illness on his left leg. Doctors in Afghanistan and Pakistan cant cure him. In a war torn country where hospitals are available but major illnesses do not have the right experts to help....Therefore many afghans seek medical attention in the neighbor country India. 

His family cant afford the Cost/funding to take him to India for the rigth treatment. 

Im currently collecting funds for this family I will Guarantee you with a video recording of your funds reaching to the facility that will take care of him . Strictly Medical Funds . Murtaza Qasimy's father Mohammad Ali Qasimy has given us the permission to raise funds for his son's medical expeses and he has also granted us access to the funds; which will be transferred to Apollo Hospital.
