Help with Rent and Living Expenses

My name is Jeff and I am a musician/construction worker that has been unable to work at either because of multiple health issues. This has caused me to fall very behind with my rent and living expenses. To be able to work again I will need surgery on both of my rotator cuffs. They tell me that the whole process will take a year. I want to get back to work as soon as possible but I will need help to get there. I am way behind on rent and bills right now.
