Helping the Helper

Some of you know Kristine, the founder of Angels in the Attic. If you don't, watch this video and you'll see why she holds such an important place in so many hearts.

Kristine has given all she has to provide for her children while taking in other teens in need and helping over 2,500 women through Angels in the Attic and she's done it while battling health issues. Even when in extreme pain, she's always found a way to push through.

Right now, though, she simply can't. Kristine fell and her left hip and knee are severely injured. She needs surgery on both and, until that happens, she's immobilized.

Kristine is currently unable to work and her household budget can't function without her income. She's self-employed so unemployment isn't there and anything she could have set aside for a rainy day she gave to others so this helper deeply needs our help.
