Ryan will be travelling to Canada in the summer to play with the London Ontario Beefeaters for 6 months as part of an programme that gives young players the opportunity to play internationally and gain life changing skills and experience.

Ryan is currently finishing an Aerospace Engineering Degree @ the University of Liverpool and, as he has done all his life, has managed to excel both academically and in his sport.

Ryan played Rugby from the age of 5 never missing a game, right up to captaining his side @ Syston Rugby but it was his move to university that introduced him by chance to American Football. He is a natural mean machine and fast with it and the defensive coach from the Liverpool Raptors was soon pleading with him to join and give it a go.

This chance introduction has resulted in Ryan travelling to Italy with the GB under 19s, selected for the university’s All Stars North v South team, awarded a Royal Blue from his Uni, played for the Leicester Panthers and Liverpool Night Hawks within the UKs BAFA National League and now cemented the opportunity to play as part of the Canadian Junior Football League.

Ryan will be there as a visitor and therefore unable to work to financially support his trip but any donations would help him with this cost and would be greatly appreciated.
