On February 14, our 20-year-old daughter Gigi’s life changed forever when she was t-boned in a devastating car accident. The impact was so severe that first responders had to use the jaws of life to extract her from the wreckage. She was rushed to the hospital with injuries and began what has been a painful road to recovery.

We are incredibly grateful that Gigi survived and that she’s made progress; she is now able to walk again, but she still lives with daily pain and ongoing challenges. The trauma of the accident, both physically and emotionally, has taken a heavy toll.

Gigi has always been very strong, independent, and hardworking. As a young adult trying to build her life, this unexpected trauma has not only taken a toll on her body but also on her ability to work and support herself. Since the accident, she’s been unable to return to her job, and bills for medical care and basic living expenses have been piling up. She’s worked hard towards her independence, and it’s been incredibly difficult for her to ask for help, which is why we’re doing it for her. It’s understandable that this has been overwhelming for her, and we’re doing everything we can to help her stay afloat while she continues to heal.

We’re raising money to help cover her essential expenses and give her the space she needs to focus on her continued recovery without the constant stress of mounting bills.
