Life changing injury

Hi I’m Nick

I’ve recently had to have an emergency operation on my spine as a disk expanded trapping majority of my spinal column and spinal fluid and nerves for over 9 months leaving me paralysed from the waist down, I hope you could help, while I am able to get some help with some adaptations these they do not cover much, as I have a full time job but while I am recovering I only receive statutory sick pay.
