Brain and Skull Surgery

Hi my name is Kevin. In 2018 I was diagnosed with a rare skull deformity called SSCD (Superior Semi-Circular Canal Dehiscence). This means that I have holes in the base of my skull. For most people with this condition there are usually 1-2 holes right above the inner ear but im my case it is the entire base of my skull that has holes or thin spots. In 2019 I got the right side of fixed, now I have to get the same surgery on the left side. My "out of pocket" after insurance is 6k, 2k for a few things that are not covered by insurance, and 2k for living expenses as I recover. The recovery is extremely difficult but surprisingly quick. I expect to be fully functional 4 weeks after the surgery. At that point it would be amazing to play some golf again.
