My name is Amanda King, Grant is my 3 week old son. I had him at 37 weeks, so he was early, starting at 5 lbs 15.9 oz. Due to me being put under for the cesarean, he had trouble with his oxygen and blood sugar levels. Thankfully, he recovered perfectly, however, he’s been life flighted to Savannah Memorial, due to his blood sugar levels dropping back down even lower to 19, and his weight dropping all the way to 4lbs 12oz. He’s had trouble with formula and breast milk since he was born, causing his weight to fluctuate, gaining a few ounces and then dropping more ounces than he gained. We are unsure of how long he will have to be here at this moment. Even a prayer is helpful.
