Life Altering Event

Kitch Head is my brother in law and Angela is my sister. We have set up this gofundme to help them through these trying times.

As many of you know, or perhaps don’t know, Kitch was recently admitted to the hospital with a bone infection/sepsis, which ultimately resulted in the loss of his foot. This was the second time this year Kitch had ended up in the hospital due to sepsis and complications with his foot. He was born with bilateral club feet( both feet) and had been also diagnosed with “Charcot foot”, a disease/ condition that can affect the ability to walk and causes great pain. The extent of his infection and complications with trying to heal, gave the only option of amputation.

This is very devasting for him and his family. Kitch has been the sole provider for his family. Working as a travel nurse for the last few years, he has been able to provide for his family while helping so many sick people in the facilities he has worked at. He is currently being taken care/treated at the Good Samaritan Hospital in Puyallup, Washington.

Many people have asked him and Ange what they can do to help, and with Kitch no longer being able to work at this time, the responsibility of covering bills and household costs have been put on Angela’s shoulders. As Kitch and Ange embark on this new challenge and navigate through uncharted waters, any little help to relieve some financial burdens, would be greatly appreciated.

They are so embarrassed and scared to ask for any kind of help, but know they would be so incredibly grateful for it.
