Siphiwe Baleka has been invited to join the Friends of President Ibrahim Traore delegation to Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso as an Afro Descendant Special Envoy from June 23 to July 1. FLights and accommodations have already been purchased, but another $400 is needed to cover the visa ($183) and food.
