Life is fragile

August 29,2015 Jerry Hamm died at the age of 38 years of complications associated with post op for brain cancer. He died within three weeks of diagnosis. He was a single dad and leaves two daughters ages 10 and 12 years old behind. Jerry served others his entire life. He was a generous and loving man to all, even complete strangers. He was a devoted daddy and had a wonderful family who loves him and misses him deeply.
He was an organ donor and gave his liver, heart and both kidneys after death.
Jerry was between jobs when he passed. He has no insurance nor did he have funds for Cremation.
His daughters are without their daddy and the bills for the service and other loose ends keep coming.

Being able to pay people back who extended in the emergency would be the first goal. Being able to put a bit away for the girls for school and life would be better yet.

Please step up to help these wonderful girls who miss their daddy and the family care for them.
