Tammie Melby's Cancer Treatment

Hi family and friends,

As many of you know, my mom, Tammie, was diagnosed with multiple myeloma cancer last week. Multiple myeloma is a cancer of the plasma cells, which affects bone marrow. This diagnosis has come very much as a shock to her and our entire family. We so appreciate everyone's prayers, encouragement and support during this time. We've felt God's presence very near and have already seen him show up in special ways at just the right time.

My mom's chemo treatment began upon diagnosis last week, and she just finished her first round. The doctors anticipate a few more rounds in the coming months, eventually to be followed by a stem cell transplant. We've decided to create this GoFundMe as an opportunity to collectively alleviate some of the financial burden of the cancer treatment, especially while she is unable to work. We know her Shipt community and loyal cookie customers are eager to see her again soon. :)

Most importantly, we cherish everyone's prayers. We know God is our healer and will see my mom and our entire family through this difficult time.

Isaiah 41:10 - Don't be afraid, for I am with you. Don't be discouraged for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you. I will hold you up with my victorious right hand.
