Help for Peanut
Donation protected
Hello, I have been very reluctant to do this as I dont want to come across as a charity case but its got to the point where I am finding it very difficult financially as Peanuts left leg is not recovering as expected! So here is Peanuts story.
My name is Peanut I am now 2 years old.
On the 25th of April, I don't know how but I managed to drag myself back home after what the vets suspected to be a barbwire accident to my back legs.
After scaring my owner senseless while 35 weeks pregnant with this touch-and-go accident the orthopaedic said my right leg was not savable but my left leg was.
I have been crate bound for 5 weeks having regular bandage changes and being sedated.
I have pet insurance but the amount has now been exceeded. My owner has paid £600 so far as my left leg is not healing how the vets want it to. I am now boarding at the Grove in Fakenham due to constant flushing of my wound and had swabs taken.
I dont know what the plan is next but I want to be on the mend ASAP.
Thanks for reading my story.

Thank you all so kindly for your donations
It has touched me massively how generous you all are and how there is some kind people in this world.
I am truly thankful. Peanuts left leg is making progress day by day . He has some trips to the vets left to go but hopefully soon he can be discharged completely.
I have disabled the donations as I feel £650 is enough at the moment to cover Peanuts costs for his ongoing flushing and treatment to his left leg.
The gofundme page has taken a massive weight of my shoulders as I have been so stressed out with everything so again Thank you to each and everyone one of you who donated. You've not just saved Peanut you have saved me too.
