This past week Vilma was diagnosed with and aggressive form of Uterine Cancer, the doctor said that a hysterectomy would be required as soon as possible and her surgery was scheduled for this wednesday April 26th.  Based on what the doctor explained we will not know the extent of the treatment required until she undergoes surgery and they can get a better idea of the situation. 

At this moment, if everything goes out according to plan A she will be out of work for 3 to 4 weeks and will require several follow up visits to the doctors office. If adittional things come up she could be out of work for 6 weeks or more.

We all know that things can be tight nowadays, to be out of work for so long will create an impact on her finances. Her close friends and family will pitch in but there are many adittional expenses that come with this that we will not be able to cover.

The amount raised here will go to helping Vilma cover her basic expenses as well as her added medical expenses.

Vilma will also be restricted from driving for at least 2 weeks so any help with store trips or going to Dr. appointments will be appreciated as well since we all have to work around the different schedules.

Most importantly we will need your prayers, prayer for her and the road ahead and also for her family and friends so that we can stay strong and continue to support her.
