I am currently trying to raise funds for a wheelchair accessible van.

I have a progressive neuromuscular disorder, fibromyalgia, and these things called Tarlov cysts that grow in the spine. I am paralyzed and do experience chronic pain, muscle spasms and cramps, extreme fatigue, etc. Lorde, the list could go probably go on.

Over the years, especially in the last few, my hands and arms have continued to lose a bit of strength and function, making it harder to enter and exit my current vehicle, a Jeep Patriot. After working with several physical and occupational therapists and demonstrating my current vehicle transfers, they have convinced me to finally put a bit of safety first for myself and get a van.

Wheelchair accessible vans are quite expensive and unfortunately, since there's a lot of working parts, it's better and safer to get something newer rather if at all possible. I have my current Jeep to trade in, but I'll need more funding if I hope to get a truly accessible vehicle. I am also working with vocational rehab for extra help, but their funds are distributed by the state.

I know there's a lot happening in the world and it's hard to prioritize, so anything will help; even a share.
