Cateract Surgery Out of Pocket Cost

My name is Autumn Cardenez and I'm seeking help in funding my out of pocket expenses for cateract surgery.  My husband is employed at Starbucks and has insurance, however, the cost is still very high.  He is working hard to move up and be a manager one day but right now money is extremely tight. I am only allowed to work part-time at my job as a counselor at Rio Salado College due to the new health care law.  It doesn't pay for me to work elsewhere and we're truly stuck between a rock and a hard place. We already live paycheck to paycheck and paying for this surgery is impossible for us.  It's absolutely necessary I have it done, however.  I have  unusual kinds of cateracts and they're extremely aggressive. I could literally be blind within months.  Glasses do not do a thing to help with them.  It makes me very uncomfortable to ask for help but I am the bread winner and we have sons we care for.  My oldest suggested this and I'm giving it a go.
