When I finally pushed hard enough for proper testing, the results shattered me: Lily has a serious fracture that can only be fixed with specialist surgery. The alternative they offered was amputation.

These news broke my heart. I refuse to give up on her. Lily is still so young, so full of energy and love. She adores climbing, playing, and running around. Losing her leg would change her entire life. To me, amputation feels unbearably cruel when there is still a chance to save her leg.
