Help me get my parents back on their feet

Hi, my name is Emily Taylor. I am raising funds for my Bonus-Dad Joe Martinez Jr.

This is my story:

Friday, July 29, 2022 my world was tossed, spun, shaken and spit out. Oji (nickname since childhood), my Bonus-Dad, devoted father, son, brother, friend, sole provider, repairman, mechanic, Mr. Fix-all, and my moms rock, heart, soulmate, fiancé, her other half had just gotten home from taking his Harley to the hardware store. He was getting ready to leave to work on a clients truck. Well he never left to work on that truck. He left for the ER instead. He had a stroke due to an underlying heart condition. It has effected the vision in his right eye, his speech, the mobility of his right arm and right leg. He’s going to need physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and life long cardiology care. He stepped up and has helped me since the day I met him almost 7 years ago. 2 years ago my brother and I lost our dad, I can’t imagine losing my Bonus-Dad. It’s my turn to step up and help him and be the strength for him. To help him in this extremely hard time, my siblings and I need to take the burden of living expenses, college expenses and extra medical expenses off of him to give him time to heal. But since I’m only 20 I’m not even done with my education yet let alone my other 4 siblings, Briahna 24, Chloe 19, Jace 18, & Peyton 10.

Oji has had his own truck & trailer refrigeration business for 14+ years. He wants to and needs to get back to work and I know he can. So please help me help him. Anything helps! Everything will be used for daily living, college, and extra medical expenses.
