Sandy's 4th Battle with Cancer

Everything changed when Sandy went to the doctor a couple weeks ago. It had been 3 years of cancer-free life, but at this recent visit they discovered an abnormality on her test. Shortly after, she got the news--the cancer is back. Step one is to remove the affected lymph node through surgery which is scheduled for Monday, November 30.
To make a very long and detailed story shorter, this is Sandy's fourth run with cancer. She was diagnosed with Stage 2b Cervical Cancer in 2009 after doctors found a lemon-sized tumor. After chemo, radiation, metastization to the lungs, more chemo, more radiation, and surgery to remove part of her lung, she was finally cancer-free for a few years. Until now.
As painful and as long as her road to recovery has been, Sandy has always been a fighter. She has beaten the odds time and time and time again. She has lost jobs, weight, hair, and happiness and worked hard to get them back. She is fighting with all her might and she's done a great job.
As you can imagine, four battles with cancer gets pretty draining and very costly. We ask that you would partner with us in helping Sandy continue her road to recovery in two ways:
