My friend and LA Fitness Master Trainer Marlon Burrell was in a serious car accident a little over a week ago.  He is currently hospitalized and battling for his life.  All who know Marlon know him as a friendly, fun-loving guy who was always willing to help you "get that full range of motion" to achieve your fitness goals.   A b-ball fanatic always ready to take you on the hardcourt and just an overall nice guy.  LA Fitness morning crew members miss him and wanted to do something to help he and his family with medical costs and support for Marlon's  little man --Marquis his 4 year old son. 

We are in the season of giving-- Please pray for Marlon's recovery and donate something to help out.  I guarantee it will come back to you in good measure.
