International Development Project - Stellenbosch

Dear reader,

The International Development Project is an initiative of the Economics and Business Faculty Association (EBF Groningen) and it needs sponsors for their second edition!

We, as a committee, have been working hard these past months to orgsanise a four-week trip to South Africa next year in May. The goal of this trip is for students to learn about conducting proper research keeping cultural differences in mind. Students will research sustainable business practices in Stellenbosch, South Africa. For this research, the students will try and see if they have ideas how to improve local economies in sustainable practises. Therefore, the students will set up a report with their findings. 22 students and a professor of the Faculty of Economics and Business will come along and see if they can learn, and contribute.

Besides students paying for their own flight, accomodation, and food, funds are needed to pay for the research itself. And that is where you might come in! We would appreciate the gesture of a donation in order for us to continue with the research project.
