My dog means everything to me — he’s only 6 years old and has been my best friend through every high and low. Recently, he was diagnosed with adenocarcinoma, a type of cancer that needs surgery soon to give him a chance at more happy, healthy years.

Right now, things have been really tough. My auntie is in the hospital after suffering an aneurysm, and it’s been overwhelming trying to handle everything emotionally and financially. Despite it all, I’m trying to stay strong for both of them.
