Teeth Implants For Teenage Boy

While I was long jumping at a track meet, my knee struck my mouth and cracked 2 teeth. They are starting to get infected and need to be taken out and replaced with implants or bridges. My mom is a single mother and we just can't afford it on our own. Please all help would be a blessing!
