Hello, my name is Connie Pate and I am requesting donations to help pay for upcoming funeral costs. My beloved husband of ten years is in his final days. After a battle with immune health and heart failure, he and the doctors have decided that the best route is now at-home comfort care and hospice. Funeral plans have not been decided and will be contingent on if we can collect the funds needed to give him the Memorial Service we so badly want to give him. He has been a wonderful husband, father, friend, animal and stranger to anyone he has met on his path. Hospice and our instincts are telling us his death is approaching quickly. Please help us in this time of need to allow all of his loved ones to properly send him off. We are all devastated at this time and appreciate all the love we have received this past week with friends dropping off food, and coming over for visits which has meant so much to him and made him happy, for all of the kind words, thoughts and prayers. It's been wholeheartedly felt and appreciated. It has been so special to Ken and us all. Thank you.
