Hello! We are a small, family owned frozen custard shop located in Pearland, TX. We opened our doors in 2019 and have been actively serving our community ever since. Our vision was to build a business that pours back into our cities. We have done so through scholarships, fundraisers, spirit nights and donations. Like many businesses, Covid-19 threatened to end our dream right as we were just getting started. Thankfully our amazing city and surrounding areas banded together to ensure that didn't happen!
Now we are humbly asking for that support again. 2023 has thrown obstacle after obstacle our way. From post-pandemic inflation (and "egg"flation! Egg prices skyrocketing was a huge hit to custard connoisseurs) and product shortages to freezers and machines going out to record breaking heatwaves slowing down business during what should be our busiest season, we have experienced it all. Many patrons opted to stay in the AC, which resulted in consistently low foot traffic into our stores. Our summers carry us through our slower months, but this year we are at the end of summer with our savings depleted. Due to this, we may have to close our beloved Rollie's.
We put out an S.O.S on Facebook and the response was incredible. We are so moved by the love everyone has shown our family. Many of our supporters reached out and expressed interest in wanting to bless us through GoFundMe since they were unable to physically come in due to distance, dietaryrestriction, etc, so here we are! Please help us keep our family's dream alive. These donations will be used for building expenses, replacing our freezers, fixing our custard machine and donations we normally commit to (ie. Brazoria County Fair). No amount is too little and every share helps!
