Whitetulip is excited to announce its latest efforts on removing barriers to healthcare globally in Malindi, Kenya. WHF Global Health Division is launching a new project in Malindi sub-county, Mtangani, an area where the residents are low income earners who live a life in extreme poverty and can not afford to pay for their healthcare expenses.

Whitetulip Health Foundation (WHF) is a 501 (c) (3) nonprofit organization that connects healthcare professionals who want to give back to society. Its aim is to create a platform, where they can share ideas and experiences, provide mutual support and collaborate, channel their own personal passions and skills in community projects both locally and abroad. Our mission is to mobilize the caring power of healthcare professionals to advance the health status of the communities we serve.

As a part of our mission, WHF will be supporting patients and provide access to necessary care and treatment they cannot afford and collaborated with AFYA International Hospital located in this region offering comprehensive both outpatient and inpatient health services of quality standards by dedicated staff.

After a free screening for the locals who live in the nearby villages, those who needed surgical intervention were selected, their names, age, area where they live, and the procedure needed were recorded.

AFYA International Hospital kindly agreed to perform the surgery and necessary care of these 30 patients for a total of $10,000 for which we are launching this fundraising. All pre-surgical laboratory and imaging tests if necessary, surgery, and post-procedural care, including hospital stay and administration fees are included in this total amount.
