Support for My Family

With a very heavy heart, I am writing to all my friends and family that early morning yesterday, my dad (Anil Banga) passed away suddenly. He was too young to have this happen..We lost my grandma last Dec and he couldn't attend her funeral. Although not sure he still decided to visit his dad, my grandfather, as he was very sick. DAD (Anil Banga) traveled to India for what was supposed to be a short visit to help his struggling father, only to lose him to COVID, too. The day he was supposed to fly back, a travel ban was imposed and he was stranded in India away from his family. He caught COVID-19 shortly after, and succumbed to the disease after a long, hard fight that lasted 5 difficult days. We tried very hard to get our dad back but we lost him forever.

Anil was a dedicated father, husband, and son. He is survived by my mom and us two young children. You would always find my dad smiling, making friends wherever he went. His friends always had someone they can rely on because they had Anil in their lives. Hundreds of hearts have been shattered with grief upon hearing of his passing, since his life was cut short far too early.

With all the emotional anguish and distress this loss brings, he will always be with us in our hearts. I am too young but I am trying to support my family. But there is also an extreme financial  burden. We are trying to raise funds for my mom and brother, who is in dire need, so that they can survive until we can get up on our own feet.
