More information about Weldmar Hospicecare: Weldmar Hospicecare is an independent charity providing specialist care for adults in Dorset with a life limiting illness, such as cancer, Motor Neurone Disease or heart disease, and support for their loved ones. Our compassionate approach supports patients and their families in their own homes, in the local community, and in our hospice. All services are provided free of charge. 20% of our funds are provided by the NHS - we must raise the remaining £26,000 a day with the support of the local community.
