Help Adam Rebuild After Losing His Home in a Devastating Fire

Our Dear Friend Adam Needs Us.

This is Seth, Adam’s best friend. I’m creating this fundraiser for him and will be transferring the funds to him directly.

A few days ago, after hosting a beautiful Thanksgiving community gathering, Adam’s home was completely destroyed in a sudden and catastrophic fire. In an instant, he lost the place he spent years of savings, labor, and love building.

Adam also graciously allowed his home to become a gathering place for the local skating scene, affectionately known as “Ianuchi’s Deli” it was a staple for locals and visitors to the area.

As you can imagine, this house was Adam’s greatest and most important financial asset. He invested over $500,000 buying, improving, and maintaining the home and property. Insurance will recover only half of what he put in. The rest is simply gone.

We’re coming together to help Adam get back on his feet. Funds raised will go directly toward:

-Clearing debris and safely restoring the property

-Beginning the process of rebuilding his home

-Pay the mortgage during the repairs

-Ensuring that the space can one day again serve both Adam as a home and the community he supported

Adam has always shown up for friends in need and even his home becoming a local hub was a humble act of service. Now, in the wake of profound loss, he needs our help.
