Hello everyone, just over a month ago my mom had an ischemic stoke that has effected the right side of her body. When she first arrived she could barely speak, move, or function independently. Being transferred from Denver hospital, she was admitted to CU Anschutz in their ICU, then later transferred to the regular hospital's care. She has since been admitted to their in-patient rehab where she has been working diligently at her recovery! Angie has made significant progress and will be discharged on 11/21, with the need for extra care while she focuses on her continuing recovery. That said, we're looking to find help in order to cover these costs. I am creating this in hopes that, if anyone has a little extra to donate, they would be willing to help out during this time.
