Black Fields - Fantasy Horror Short

I have been making youtube video's reviewing film for over three years now, along the way I have reviewed unmade scripts and I have cast a critical eye over tv and film, in doing so, many have stated outright, if I can do it better, then I should.  This is that challenge being met. I want to direct my own short feature film set within the horror genre, give back something to those that have supported the channel and also make a statement about my future intent within the film industry as an independant film maker, think Conan'esque, or even, Slaine, horror. We are introduced to a group of Norse Inspired Raiders who settled in old England, our protagonist, Balder, has lead his men on many raids and now, they face their biggest test yet, as they attempt to journey back home to their settlement, fighting their fears of myth and legend, or, are the monsters real? Balder, wields his mighty sword and battle-axe, but do the monsters die as easily as the men who have fallen by his hand?
