‘Surely to Allah we belong and to Him we will all return’

With extreme pain and difficulty we announce the departure and the return of a beloved Husband, Son, Father, Brother and Cousin, Raad Asmael. In the early hours of 23/11/2024, Raad was involved in a tragic accident. Raad was a beautiful soul, a friend to all, a kind and generous man, who has throughout his life been a light to all. His departure has left our hearts broken and our eyes full of tears. He had a beautiful heart and smile who which made your heart smile with him. May Allah forgive his short comings, and grant him Jannatul Firdaus. I am fundraising in his name to build water wells. May Allah have mercy on his soul and grant patience in the hearts of his family. If anyone has the means to donate please do so, or share the link, any means of charity is Barakah.

Sadaqah Jariyah is a blessed form of charity that offers us ongoing rewards throughout our lives in this world, as well as in the Hereafter.

The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said, ‘When a person dies, his deeds come to an end except for three: Sadaqah Jariyah (a continuous charity), or knowledge from which benefit is gained, or a righteous child who prays for him’. (Muslim)
