Hi everyone! My name is Alice Smith, and I am a MTF transsexual. I have gone my whole life questioning my sex, and last October I finally accepted my transgenderism. Immedeatly following that, I attempted suicide by injesting a large amount of various pills I had lying around my house due to my thinking that my parents, family and friends would not accept me for who I was.
After the suicide attempts, I started seeing a therapist at the University I am currently attending. While the vast majority of my reasoning had to do with my misperception of my family and friends acceptance of me, part of my problem was related to me disliking my job at Walmart. My therapist suggested I quit my job, so I did.
Right now, I am facing the harsh reality of not having a job and being trans. I currently have $15,000.00 in student debt and I have not had the necessary money to persue my transition.
I am asking for your help and support. Please give what you can. I will keep this page up-to-date with new information whenever it becomes available.
