The Crescat's New Ride

You know how when one thing goes wrong everything else seems to follow suit? It's like a domino effect of misery.  I think it's commonly referred to as "life." And life happens. Boy does it happen.

 I could list a litany of miseries for you and detail all the needs my family has but there is one need that trumps them all.

A reliable source of transportation.

Without it I have no way to get to and from work to provide for my family. No car means no work.  If I don't work we don't eat. 

Not too mention, without a vehicle my son has no way to get to school. He attends a small charter school that doesn't offer transportation.    

That's the basics of my needs.  A car that I can trust to start every morning when I get in it and preferrably doesn't leak when it rains and has heat in the winter and ac in the summer. A reliable car that doesn't hemmorage money in repairs every month so I don't have to decide whether to pay the power bill or fix the busted fuel pump.

That's why I started this gofundme fund raiser. Every month I am repairig this belt or that and can't seem to get ahead enough to set money aside to purchase a car that isn't literally gorilla glued together.      

I know I've probably set my goal too high, but really anything that can go towards a down payment will help.   
I'm all my son has and he depends on me for everything. My car is what I depend on to provide him with that everything he needs.
