Drunk driver totaled Brandon’s car

Early morning on December 9th, a drunk, uninsured driver smashed into my nephew's car that he had just gotten from me. He was so excited to have his own vehicle so he could get to and from work easier and get on his feet, and in a moment, it was taken from him. He hadn’t gotten insurance on it yet and the drunk driver hit it while it was parked outside his home.

The drunk driver fled the scene, leaving his injured passenger behind. The passenger did end up giving the police his info, and he was arrested. Now, a young adult is left to pick up the pieces in a very rough economy.

Any help you can give is greatly appreciated. Brandon is a kind young man that just can’t catch a break.
