From His Loving Children
We’re heartbroken to share the passing of our dad, Jason Benjamin Miller — a man who filled our lives with laughter, love, music, and the simple joy of being together. He was more than just our father; he was our best friend, our biggest supporter, and our reason to smile through life’s hardest days.
Jason was one of a kind — funny, caring, and full of life. He loved to fish, to joke, and to enjoy the small moments that mattered most. Some of our favorite memories are of going bowling together, celebrating his birthday this past April, and just laughing until our stomachs hurt. He had a way of making any moment feel special, and anyone who knew him will remember the warmth in his smile.
He also had a deep love for music and bass. Jason and his dad spent countless hours together building speaker boxes, one after another — a shared passion that brought them closer and filled their home with sound, joy, and pride. Music wasn’t just a hobby for him; it was a part of who he was — it carried through his laughter, his energy, and the way he lived his life.
This year has been especially hard, as we lost our grandfather — Jason’s dad — in April. Now, Jason has gone to be with both his parents, and his brother. while that brings comfort, our hearts still ache. We take peace in knowing he’s reunited with them, somewhere calm and beautiful — probably with a pole in hand, a song in his heart, and that same grin we all loved.
We’re creating this fundraiser not only to help cover his cremation but also to plan a celebration of life in his honor. Our hope is to drive to Mississippi to spread his ashes alongside his parents, where he’ll finally rest in peace with his mom, dad, and his brother.
Every donation and share helps us get one step closer to giving him the peaceful farewell he deserves — filled with love, laughter, and the family he cherished most.
“And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.”
— Philippians 4:7
Gone fishing with the angels, Dad — we’ll love you forever.
