Angela's Cancer Journey

Hello beautiful people, my name is Kathryn and with the help of many many others, I am reaching out to ask for your support for Angela Coon.

She has a long road ahead of her and we want to relieve any additional stress so that she has all of her energy to focus on healing and beating this cancer.

So many of you have inquired on how to donate financially to her needs. It overwhelms me with gratitude that this is so many of your initial responses.

The best and easiest thing we can do besides huge hope, encouragement and prayer, is to help her financially with the medical expenses that fall outside of her insurance, and other needs during this journey.

She does have health insurance yes and is at UCSF which is amazing. However due to the aggression of the cancer and the urgency, there are additional bills and modalities we want her to be able to access.

Furthermore, it has been warned the treatment will be intense and she will be pretty sick.

Afterward, she will get a double mastectomy and chemo again for a second round, so we want her to not worry about how to manage everything during this 8-10 month (most likely longer) process if possible.

I know these are trying times for many, which is why the power of us in numbers can move mountains. Any amount you can give is greatly appreciated and contributes to a whole lot. Thank you.
