 Request for Financial Assistance for  my service Dog to Support POTS Recovery  I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to humbly request financial assistance for acquiring a maintain my service dog to support my ongoing recovery from Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS). As someone living with this debilitating condition, I have been struggling with the daily challenges it presents and have come to recognize the tremendous potential a service dog holds in improving my quality of life. POTS has severely impacted my ability to carry out routine activities, resulting in frequent dizziness, fainting episodes, and limited mobility. These symptoms have significantly hindered my independence and have made it difficult to engage in regular social interactions and pursue educational and career opportunities. A service dog trained specifically to assist individuals with POTS would provide me with much-needed support, enabling me to regain my confidence and independence while managing this condition. Unfortunately, the costs associated with acquiring and training a service dog are substantial and beyond my current financial means.
