All of us at New Christ Church Primary School in Reading were devastated when we found out that our lovely pupil Shadrack had died in August after getting into difficulty in the water in the River Kennet near Waterloo Meadow. Several families at school and lots of our staff have been asking if they could contribute towards the funeral costs for Shadrack and also to help the family financially at this tragic time. We have been supporting Shadrack’s lovely family and they were very grateful for such offers. Please therefore donate here if you would like to contribute.
