The Story of Jameel and His Family: A Father Fighting Hunger and Cold to Save His Children

Our home was destroyed, and now my children, Sila and Mohammed, are fighting hunger every day. Please help us survive.

My name is Jameel, a father from Gaza. Before the war, my wife and I both worked hard to provide a simple, stable life for our two children. We never imagined that everything we built could disappear in a single moment.

When the war reached our neighborhood, our home was completely destroyed. My wife and I lost our jobs, and with nowhere else to go, we now live in a small tent that cannot protect us from the cold, the rain, or the long nights of fear.

My baby daughter Sila is suffering from malnutrition. She urgently needs milk and diapers, and every day I see her getting weaker.

My little son Mohammed also needs proper food and warm clothing, but I often return with empty hands.

My wife, who used to work beside me to support our home, is now struggling to cope with these harsh conditions while trying to comfort our children.

The most painful thing for me as a father is watching my children cry from hunger while I am unable to provide even the basics for them. Everything we once had is gone, and every day has become a battle for survival.
