Lakeshore PS Baseball Diamond

My name is Griffin Gervais and I am in Grade 5 at Lakeshore Public School, in Burlington Ontario.
The baseball diamond at my school needs help and if we don't do anything to improve the diamond, the city may remove it completely. My friends at school and in the neighbourhood use it every day the sun shines and it would be a shame to have it removed.
The diamond needs help on these specific things: new benches (I have got a sliver on the old wooden bench), new security fence (old one is rusty and broken), new bases (only have a home plate) and the whole field needs to be leveled (as there are many holes and uneven ground that we fall in when we play).
I have been in contact with the City of Burlington and the Superintendent of Facilities has provided me with a quote:
$5000 to level the field
$5000 for new security fence
$1000 for bases and benches
I am currently applying for a $5000 grant through the "Neighbourhood Community Matching Fund", which leaves me $6000 to raise if I'm successful with the grant.
My goal is to have all funds raised by the end of June 2016 and have the project completed over the summer so my friends and neighbours can enjoy a new baseball diamond for the next school year in September.
Anything you can give will be very much appreciated.
