Dear Family and Friends,
Megan’s mother, Sally Gaca, is really sick and was diagnosed with Stage 3 inoperable lung cancer in September 2015. She has undergone months of aggressive chemotherapy and radiation in an attempt to shrink the tumors which has caused many extended hospital stays. This has left her very weak and is in need of someone there to help take care of her. Her wish is that her daughter, Megan, would temporally relocate from Austin, Texas to Hayward, Wisconsin to help her in her fight against cancer.
Unfortunately, Megan works two jobs and is struggling to make ends meet and is not financially stable enough to fulfill her mother’s wish. We humbly ask for your help to enable Megan to take an extended unpaid leave of absence to help care for her mother.
