My story starts way back in elementary school, as a little kid I was never like the other girls at my school I was the girl always wearing basketball shorts and T-shirts because that’s just what I liked. Fast forward to middle school I finished changing in the girls P.E. Locker room and the teacher in the locker room was reading an article on her phone about transgender individuals, she said out loud for everyone to hear “god, I can’t imagine what it’s like to be born in a female body and have the brain of a male” when she said that out loud to the class something in me sparked because at a young age I never thought about gender or sexuality I was just being me. I came out to myself when I was 14 and I’ve known I was transgender (ftm) since then as the years have gone on I’ve realized how dangerous it can be being trans and also my gender dysphoria has been through the roof. dysphoria is something that makes you self conscious about yourself but in a gender type of way for example if I can help it I always and will always wear a hoodie till I can get top surgery due to being so insanely insecure. I just want help so I can stop living so insecure every single day.
