I am a United States Marine currently deployed to Eastern Europe. My fiancée and I have been planning on adopting a dog for quite some time. While in Romania I stumbled upon the nicest, smartest stray dog anyone has ever seen. It is not uncommon for the Romanian government to destroy stray dogs monthly...and I have been putting away money to save him and send him home so he can be part of my loving family. Due to medical costs, quarantine and shipping fees, I am currently unable to afford to save this dog and I am requesting help.
