Mystic Mommy's Path to Recovery

I’m Mae, commonly known online as Mystic Mommy. For four years now I have dedicated my time and efforts into creating immersive audio roleplay experiences full time.

Ever since I was a little girl, my only passion in life has been acting, art, and video production. I started my channel out as a side hobby where I uploaded fandubs and voice overs, which slowly transitioned me into ASMR and the audio community as a whole. When I started making money off of creating audios in 2021, I was joyous. Prior I was depressed, suicidal, and burnt out working at a local gas station. This job has allowed me to express my most passionate self and be creative on a daily basis.

Sadly, on May 30th 2025, I woke up to an email telling me my Patreon has been permanently banned for violating their terms of service. It was flagged from a script I had posted in 2023 where a Yandere kidnaps the listener. Obviously, it is 100% a Roleplay fictional scenario, but Patreon did not agree and saw it as un-consensual content. Patreon was my only steady source of income for four years, and it has been abruptly taken from me along with all the funds associated and/or saved up with said account.

I am by no means expecting strangers to pay my bills just because I’m in a bad situation. No one is required to donate to this page whatsoever. I have plenty of ways I am attempting to recover from this, such as accepting commissions, starting new sites (fansly, subscribestar, etc.) and applying for work at a traditional job site to get me by. However, the damage that has been done cannot be undone. I had 250+ audios on my Patreon and I was only able to recover about 70 of them. A lot of work has been erased, and I am starting from the ground up.

I may have a chance to reapply to be a Patreon creator within 60 days of my ban. It is not a guarantee still, but it’s a hope. In the meantime though, I need a way to survive. And this is a last resort.
